Processing Time

In-Stock Items

For items currently in stock, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your destination.

Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. Pre-order items are handcrafted specifically for your order and require additional time to create.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship together, unless you specifically request a split shipment in the order notes.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping (Denmark)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing (additional fee applies)

European Union Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (additional fee applies)

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing (additional fee applies)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive this notification.

Customs & Import Duties

International Orders

When ordering from De Silang for delivery outside Denmark and the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following countries: Outside of Europe & the UK.

Delays & Issues

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Postal service disruptions
  • National holidays
  • High-volume shipping periods (e.g., Christmas)

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit:

  1. First, check the tracking information to confirm the delivery status
  2. If the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local post office
  3. Contact us at contact.desilang@gmail.com if your package is damaged upon arrival or hasn't arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date

Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact.desilang@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address once the order has been processed.
